If it's US to Australia the cheapest quote that I've had would be around US$140, and I've had quotes as high as US$450.

Pretty sure that the $140 price is long over unless that is a subsidised rate by the seller. That was the USPS price but now they won't accept guitar shipments to AUstralia because Australia Post have put package size restrictions that don't allow guitar case/box size shipment's. I guess because there openings can accept a big one anymore! This is progress!

I'm looking for a pair of WB VTH, VTPH or Habs. Anyone has any of those for sale?

I'll have landed stock of Shed PAF Daddy & Shed Zeppelin's soon you own it to yourself to have a listen.

selling a near new fender superchamp xd valve amp,this has a eminence rajun cagin speaker fitted,has got new jj tesla 6v6 tubes and a tungsol 12ax7 installed and has the fender footswitch,these are all mod's i have done to the original,it sound's fantastic,my asking price is $650 aud,with all extra's that have been done would cost you around $350 extra on price of the standard amp you would buy from a store,sorry but only australian buyers,amp can be shipped at buyer's own risk!,will pack carefully and post registered with tracking free!

All pedals go on my pedalboard since day 1 of purchase. A few very light paint scuffs or scratches at most.

ASG - yes, the $140 from the US to Oz was a few years ago, but some still come close, maybe through subsidies. My brother got a guitar from Mauries Guitars last year for US$100 freight!!

It's been a few years since we brought any in but from past experience (in excess of 12 imports) I would seriously suggest you don't scrimp on the costs involved. We found that DHL was the best option..........not cheap but instruments on the ground in Sydney within 24hrs from being despatched. I allowed approx., $500 to cover shipping and import duties, etc., but regarded it as cheap insurance considering the service.

Don't know if anyone here will be interested.. but I guess we'll see.

I've got a bunch - as in hundreds - of guitar magazines like Guitar Player, Guitarist, Guitar Buyer, etc etc that I'm selling. I have some advertised on Gumtree here in Sydney. Some of these go back to the 1980's, which are very hard to get your hands on nowadays, especially in good condition. Some old classics with Zeppelin, Johnny Marr, etc. I have the CDs that came with the mags.

I'm selling for $2 each or less if you buy a lot. If anyone is interested or has any specific requests PM me & we'll work something out.
