Meet Mohawk Vinny, I bonded with him today at the grocery store. Suddenly Vinny gave me an idea. I bought a jar and Vinny made friends with loads of others like him, but none of them looked as unique as Vinny with his Mohawk.

Here he is hanging out with his buddies..... Unfortunately Vinny has no idea what's coming for him here.

Vinny got a bit anxious once he saw what I did to his buddy Benny.

Poor Vinny, he lived a good life though

Now Vinny is fully submerged with his buddies.

Yep his breeder was MOHAWKS MALINIOS. His registered name was MOHAWKS MY COUSIN VINNY.
Lol they're such beautiful and intelligent dogs. I love them but I can't be having such an active dog, wouldn't have the time for it sadly. Is he still with you?

No, he developed a seizure issue and I put him in a strictly pet home. Great dog but quirky as hell. Not sure I would ever own another one.

Poor guy, but good on you for giving him the love and care he needs. That's the most important thing

If you want real lemon, you have to by furniture polish.

Everything else, it seems, is “artificial lemon flavor.”
Petrochemical?

Mohawk Vinny looks organic, not organic compound.

did you mix anything with the lemons in the jar?
Just salt, loads of salt. That brings the acidity of the lemons down and brings out the natural flavor and flagrance of the lemons. Makes it great to use on all kinds of meat, fish and stews. You can use the brine to make drinks or just lemonade with.

If you want you can of course put in some aromatic like peppers, oregano or anything you like. Let it sit for three to four weeks and it's ready to go.

If you want you can keep the brine and when you've consume the lemons just put more in there and use the same brine to ferment it.

Make sure to cut the ends of the lemons and then once in the jar just press all the juices out. It has to be submerged in its own juice otherwise it will go bad if it's sticking out of the surface.
