What would it be? I was at a karaoke event many years ago, and a guy who was quite drunk got up and sang “The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence”. A few years later, I was at a bar watching a better than average bar band. They were pretty creative with their set list. At one point, they start this slow intro, and I’m wondering if it’s what I think it might be? I’ll be darned, it was! They were doing “Screaming in the Night” by Krokus. I’ve never heard anybody do that song before or since, and they actually kicked ass on it.

Lumberjack.
We'd switch off and I'd play bass while the singer "played" the chain saw.

Couldn't get the chain saw started, so we switched back and I did the chain saw parts on the Kramer.

During the break, someone got the saw started.

We opened the last set with Lumberjack.

I was in a band that played Terrapin Station, in its entirety. It was a LOT to remember, especially for our keyboard player. We performed it twice, as I recall.

Had a buddy guitarist years ago that used to play in a 2 piece that regularly played the theme song from Friends at some small neighborhood bars. Followed by Sweet Caroline. Quite the crowd pleaser.
A little more obscure was an extended jam version of the Beavis and Butthead theme. Instantly recognizable.

I used to play "Pour Some Sugar on Me" acoustic at bedtime for my kids. They'd chime in for the line "I'm hot, sticky and sweet, from my head to my feet, yeah!" I used to send videos of it to my sisters (spread around the county and in Europe). I thought it was f-ing hilarious.

The band used to play (a better arrangement of) this song for encores.

I did see a trio in a bar one night, guitar/bass/drums. Somebody yelled Freebird, of course. The frontman started playing it with no hesitation. This guy was a pretty good guitarist, and I’ll be damned if they didn’t pull off a very respectable rendition of the song, just the three of them. Not an unusual song, but it was unusual for one guitarist to pull off the entire thing. It was pretty awesome.

Our set list is eclectic, but what do you count as unusual? Anyway, my two cents is we play the Munsters Theme.
....mid song as a solo in Vince Taylors Brand New Cadillac......

I did John Prine's 'Let's talk Dirty in Hawaiian" at a retirement party once....strange singing that to a woman who's husband is about 6 feet away.....BUT, they asked for it....yes, I know the words.
