I’m doing a pickup tomorrow at Loblaws. Used the PC Express app and picked everything j want. Set up a day and time to pick up and they will bring it out to my car for me and put it in my trunk and then I drive away. No contact!

My wife has been using similar app with local Walmart.....

We'eve also been having my moms food delivered by Safeway.....they'll drop on front porch with no contact or signature.

Your mom also thinks you get a cold from being cold, carrots help your eyesight, spinach makes you strong, and you need to wait 1/2 hour after eating before you can swim.

A lot of moms are not known for scientific accuracy.

My mom said all of those things... I know she meant well.

My Costco has well stocked shelves, and absolutely no lines. Even gas is a no-wait situation.

I just went to replenish some supplies and groceries this morning.
Gloved up before entering store, shopped and did my best to maintain distance between fellow shoppers (although some will get directly into your space without a care in the world... until you fake a coughing fit anyways ), left the store and put fresh gloves on.
Drove home and grabbed the lysol wipes to disinfect every item we just bought - out in the porch before bringing it into our home, then discarded gloves in outside trash bin and washed vigorously.
It was a pain in the ass, and took longer than the average shopping trip, but I'm not sure what we could've done to make it any more safe.
It's not fool proof, but it surely didn't hurt our chances of staying virus free.

I quarantine my non-perishable groceries. I dont even take them out of the bags, I leave them in the trunk for a week.

So,I missed a number of days here on the forum (mental health break away from any virus shit) and by the time I came back, these two threads had many pages that had happened in my absence.
In an effort to not spend my entire Sunday entrenched in virus talk, I am not going to go back and read what I have missed.
My only question is this:
Has any of our members or their family tested positive for Covid-19?
I certainly hope not, but if so, I would appreciate you guys/gals catching me up on that.
You are all friends and family to me, and I worry about everyone here.

How many supermarkets do you have near you?

They are plentiful in my immediate region. No lines. The only indication of trouble are the now common out of stock items.

Glad to hear that, as far as we know, we have no positive cases among us.
I understand that many, if not all, are being affected in other ways, but at least we still currently have outlook health, which is most important.
