I swear my buddy George had one like this up north!

I'm guessing that at 60 watts in its maybe 30 - 40 watts out... That seems pretty loud for that little guy...
Very loud,... and very clean. Little hum at extreme levels. The reverb is little shrilly but sounds awesome in the mellow channel. The only dirt is in the pots.:laugh2:

Thanks so much!

There is nothing worse than a kitchen remodel. It took me about a year, but I could only work on it when I wasn't working at one of my jobs. But, weekends and the evenings I didn't go to my second job I would start as soon as I got home and go until bedtime. There were some cool puzzles to figure out with it.

I think I lived off sandwiches and things that could be microwaved for most of that year.

I meant to go and quote yer kitchen and remodeling pics,Roxy. Just outstanding work there that y’all have done!! I’m loving it! Got that ole Ohio warmth feeling to t,ya know!!
Anyway,again,just outstanding!!

It does have that, to me, hard and weathered look hearkening back to the days of the Depression and the dust bowls period.
It's a survivor of a more brutal time in our history and if those walls could talk....

Same with @lespaulfreak93 's tools! Man! The stories they could tell! I find that kind of stuff just amazing. Hard to describe, actually!

Bathroom and shower re-models are PIA when you only have one. No kitchen no problem, if you live near town.:D

I live in a rural area.

But, yes, I only have one bathroom and I remodeled that upon moving in. A friend helped but we basically had one day to get it done. Before it gets redone though I will be adding a second one upstairs. So the new one will be finished before I gut the original one and redo it the way I want it (yes, custom tile showers).

On the porch enjoying the night air and the sound of the frogs singing and peepers peeping.

Nice Partagas cigar and a cold Peroni!

All by the light of an Alladin lamp!

Right now, life is good!

Thanks to ya'll for helping me pass the time! :cheers2:

I should tell you guys what happened during the kitchen remodel.

Shortly after I started I met a new man. And we started dating. But, I wouldn't let him see my construction mess because I figured out pretty quickly he wasn't the type to deal with it well. That and one of my neighbors walked in while I was working, took one look and said, "OMG! Do not let him see this, no matter what! Do not let him see this!"

So he wants to know why I haven't let him come over. Now I'm honest so I kept telling him it was due to the kitchen remodel. But, he didn't believe me and was sure I was hiding a husband or some other guy from him. So I finally relented that he could come over, but I didn't want to hear any shit about the kitchen. He is in my kitchen for about 5 minutes and says he needs coffee. So I say ok, I'll make some for us. But, he kept saying he only drank take out coffee. So I gave him directions to the nearest place he could get some and he left. And didn't come back. In fact he refused to answer the phone when I called him as well. At first I thought he might be dead in a ditch not being used to the country around here. But, then I figured it out; the chickenshit way to break up with someone.

Anyway, more than a week went by without hearing from him and then he calls while I'm out with friends and is angry that I won't talk to him. In fact he tells one of my friends, "Tell her to get on the phone or she doesn't have a boyfriend anymore!" We all cracked up hysterically since we already figured I didn't when he pulled his week long disappearing act.

Two bathrooms are a must today, but I remember the old outhouse at my nana’s house. Wasp nests and spiders. That’s the way to live.

You can still tell where the one for this house was. There is a sidewalk that leads into a bunch of trees and the concrete foundation is still there from it.

A few years ago I got an aerial photo of the farm from the 40s and in it yep, there is the outhouse exactly where I thought it was.
