Christmas in August here!!..... just received my New Tribute Plus ( via FedEx \ zZounds) Appears to have a flawless finish and IS very beautiful - imo. ( I used to paint cars for a living so I look closely lol)

Congratulations! That is a thing of beauty and the best bang for the buck Epiphone Les Paul. Aside from those Gibson pickups, you gotta love the hard case that comes with the guitar. HNGD!

As I am still somewhat of a rookie ( tho this is Epi #3 I've purchased in the last year) ...still... It appears to be better straight out of the box than my 1st two Epi's - both purchased from GC. After tuning it last night, it sounded 'good', but still there was\is something about it that I believe a professional setup will improve. Frets are smooth and no sharp edges. Action was actually lower than I was expecting and that's a Good thing for me. Will restring with 10's \ get a setup done and I will be in Heaven for sure

haha - yes it is....

The pics I have taken are a bit deceiving as my camera phone doesn't show the shade of Turquoise that is very apparent when standing next to it in person.... and I love the hint of turquoise ...... I was tossed between the Wine Red and this Midnight Sapphire.....I am VERY glad I chose the one I did....
