**ABSOLUTELY NO TRADES PLEASE**
Here's what I've learned about this particular model from the seller, the web, and a gracious forum member who used to work at Gibson during the relevant time period.
- This model was only made during 88-91
- An extremely rare piece for Gibson during this time period
- There are only about 400 in existence; approximately 100 were made each year
- Built to "Standard" specifications except routed for the P100s (with a slightly deeper pocket to accommodate the P100s).
- P100s (also no longer offered by Gibson) are a stacked P90 to eliminate hum and strengthen the output
- Gibson only offered the Goldtop finish during these years on its 57 reissue and this special production guitar.

The guitar is in 9.9/10 condition with only minor worming on the back. VERY minor, won't even photograph. Frets are in incredible shape, barely any playwear. It's a real LP, the weight is similar to other LPs of its era and is over 9lbs. This was before the era of "neck styles" and is just under what would be considered a 50's style today. EXTREMELY comfortable to play, not baseball bat by any means!! Includes OHSC.
ASKING $1850 shipped and insured with a USPS Money Order or Certified Bank Check subject to clearing. This is $250 less than I just paid, but I'd like to free up some cash. The last two I could find offered on the net went for $2300 and $2200. There is quite a bit of value in this guitar.
Please feel free to contact me if interested. I have many trade references on The Gear Page as well as extensive eBay feedback (1000+).
My e-mail address is jmh(underscore)mail aT Ya ho o. co m (sorry have to hide from the bots). Or just post yours and I'll get to you.
