I've been a Strat guy all my life, over 40 years, though I did have an Gibson SG way back in the day. Lately, though, I've had a yearning for a Les Paul. So, being a causal player on a limited budget I started looking around... I had a 20% off coming to me from Guitar Center, so, after playing nearly all the Epi Les Paul's at the local GC, I developed a relationship with this Desert Burst.

The fit and finish are flawless and the pick-ups sound really, really good. So, the short version... I'm LOVIN" this guitar!!!

HNGD!! That is a FINE lookin' guitar! As a former PlusTop PRO owner, I can say with confidence that you'll love yours. The only reason I don't still have mine is because I got an Elitist for a really good price, then 3 weeks later got another Elitist for a really good price, so in order to pacify my wife, I thought it wise to sell a couple guitars...............

I didn't. My local GC didn't have one and they are a little out of my price range.

Hgnd! And a gorgeous finish. The bottom pic shows it more light brown than the orange tinge on the top pics. Which is it? Anyway enjoy. And btw, I have a tribute+ which I love and a trad pro which I really love. Sometimes it's not about the specs on the guitar....though I wouldn't even think of parting with my T+, I seem to have connected with the gold top a little bit more. And lastly, if u keep hanging around here, budget or no budget, you'll end up with a few more.
