only a total fool would fall for that one, these scams play on the potential buyers greed, the advertisements are designed to give the impression to potential buyer that they can get some thing for 10 percent of the actual value, but as we all know if it looks to good to be true, then it will be to good to be true

But they won't let me bid over 30k...which is bullshit.

NEVER auction something this valuable. Besides the obvious reasons it is a stupid thing to do, Ebay won't let people bid even close to what it would be worth without having to call them and jump through some hoops.
