Anyone has a bigger copy of this pic. The color of the guitar is pretty intense in this pic...

I wonder if Gibson put those four extra holes near the jackplate on the JP Signature models?

I think they left that part as a DIY project along side the duct tape switch tip that he used when it went missing.

Wow...Rocking Houston has two pics from 1975 confirming Jimmy used a red Les Paul during that tour. I thought I saw a red les paul in pics from Chicago in `75, but it was on a stand just off stage. The Houston pics demonstrate he played one of the two red Les Pauls on that tour.

Very cool! :)

what amazes me about Zeppelin and Page are they truly get better with time.

I grew up in the 70's hearing them on the radio as a little kid, got really into them in my high school years in the late 80's and I mean here it is 2013 almost...and I seriously....am still totally floored by how good everything sounds and in FACT it sounds BETTER to me today (listening to Led Zeppelin II today while driving around)

than it ever has.

how is this even possible?

as a HUGE fan I even wonder what takes them to this level!

I love it...truly the mark of a great great band/

I am wondering if this is the real #3 or the other #3....it is hard to tell if the binding is wide in the cut away or if the headstock is big / small. But the pickup covers appear to be removed. Maybe?
