But are sadly unable to deal with a handful of very clear, very emphatic quotes from their very own "Saviour".

I also objected to the "godless" and "libtard" invectives (among others) they fling so freely. I began to use the descriptive label "Conservaturd". Mod didn't go for that. Suddenly I was name calling.

The Staff here will not tolerate anyone pointing out their doubles-standards. It's probably the shittiest thing about this website -- the moderation is very biased, and unscrupulous in exercising their powers equably.

I had a little look at the thread. It is mainly the usual suspects laying out their view of your nation and it's politics and not accepting dissent or reasoned discussion. When you do actually make a valid point they move the goalposts rather than accept that you may have a point. To be honest you can predict what they are going to say because they have got away with saying it ifor nigh on the two years I have been a registered member here. Personally I believe in social responsibility and I would not want to live in their self centred world.

With politicians and political parties it seems that we do have to pick the lesser of two weevils!

You and Thump are correct John. I naively like to think I can be friends with just about anyone. But there is a certain kind of person that just uses that as an opening to an attack.
I think Romney opitimizes that kind of calculated thinking, and truly, I fear him, and his cronies.
