Hi everyone! As most of you know I've been on MLP for a while. Most of you have seen my posts in the Luthier's Corner. I wanted give everyone a peak behind the scenes, to show what's going on here at work. I'm fortunate enough to be doing what I love for a living. I've had the pleasure of doing business with a few members on the forum. I basically do everything from custom builds to complete restorations. I'll continue to update this thread and show everyone what's going on. Also I'll do a small tour of the shop. We have a lot of exciting things going on so I'll start off by showing some of the new projects we have going on.
First up is the new "Special" and "Jr" Singlecut style guitars, also know as the SC290 and SC90
Next up is the DC MOD, which will feature a single Humbucker, and a thin open pore satin finish. Also available in singlecut form. Also the DC90 our interpretation of a Doublecut Jr style guitar.
Two new designs I'm really excited to finally be getting of the ground. The DCT and SCT. Paying homage to the classic bolt on necks of the 50's.
Also in the works are carved top versions of the DC and SC models, and a Bass!
Another large part of what we offer are replacement bodies.
Here's a few shots of some repairs, and customization's.
And a few shots of some custom replicas.
More updates soon!
