This bass was stolen from a member of another forum I participate in. He's a very private person and his internet interactions are limited. I've noticed a few people posting this up around a couple places and thought it wouldn't hurt to do the same here. If any of you guys see this bass give me the information and I'll make sure it gets passed on.

It is a 2005 Carvin LB75 5-string.

Edit: The truss rod cover was replaced and isn't personalized any longer. It's a plain wood cover now. There's also a battery pack on the back of the headstock that powers LED's.

I feel the same way. If it's not yours you don't put your stinking d!ck pullers on it. There's not much worse than a damn thief.

My ex-wife probably stole it. She lives there. You want her address so you can go mess her up? :naughty:

If she was married to you chances are she's "messed up" enough already. :laugh2:

Except perhaps rapists and murderers.

Was this stolen base, 1st base, 2nd base or 3rd base?

Definately 1st bass. This instrument was the holy grail of basses to this guy and he'd never admit it but I'm sure he's absolutely sick over it being gone.

I have had basses guitars and amps stolen from me
those people are scum

Whats worse, is when you find out it was a freind and
fellow band member that does it to you, that just doubles
the outrage. (not saying thats who stole yours, just happend to me
that way)

That would be like a shot to the gut if someone you know stole from you.

This guy had been to a band rehearsal and stopped at the grocery store on his way home. Got back out to his vehicle and someone had jimmied the back hatch window of his 4-Runner open and his bass was gone. Grocery store and a bank close by has security cameras and he's talked to them about reviewing their recordings. Not sure where he's at with that right now.

He hasn't given many details yet. All I know is he was tipped off by someone, went to check a pawn shop, and it was there.
