Is it real? Something about that picture of the headstock looks so wrong...

Fake. They are all fake. Except for the second one.

What makes you so sure the second one is not fake? He says it has a fast neck and anybody that has handled one knows that it is not a neck built for speed.

If have to agree. The 2nd one looks real. Check out the relationship between the bridge and volume knob. Looks more like they did on a 50's LP with the volume knob being a little lower than the end of the bridge. On the 1st and 3rd ones the end of the tailpiece and volume knob are even.
All the ones I've seen in stores look like the 2nd one.

Here's a quick question. Why is everybody selling these Slash's without cases? Is it because the sig case is tough to copy?

In Canada, i work in a music store. Epiphone and Yorkville messed up and let a bunch of Slash Epi's be released without the case and all the other junk. they soon caught on, stopped the rest and then released the rest with cases.

That seems plausible. Did they give out COA's? The one guy on Ebay has COA's but without the number on it. In otherwords it doesn't say # 345 of 2400? Was this common as well. Your insight is appreciated.:dude:
