Yes they do. I waited until the website said they had the kit I wanted in stock (Vintage w/Luxe Bumblebees) then ordered mine. Came through pretty quickly as well (can't remember but I think it was about ten days). Shipping isn't too bad a rate either, considering how far it's coming from.

they do but I beg to differ... shipping is a bit on the expensive side if you ask me. Nevertheless they sell incredible stuff and they offer a great service too.

USPS Priority Mail is 6-10 business days. Check your country, but that's usually Monday-Friday.

This does not count towards Customs (>_insert_country_here_<) holding the package, and items out-of-stock.

If you have any questions about the status of your package, you can email sales@rsguitarworks.net and ask.

I would order by priority mail if i was you. When i did it came in a few days, as apposed to a couple of weeks. And also it came straight through customs without charges.. its worth it.

That's four (4) business days. If you paid Express (3-5 business days), you'll see it this week. If you paid Priority (6-10 business days), you'll see it next week. Not counting any customs delay.

Speaking of customs.....is it normal for them to also charge a tax on the price of the postage as well? The German Zollamt is really raking me over the coals on my purchases from the States.

Yup. They calculate VAT over the price payed. So that includes shipping. I hate that to.

If you guys in the EU want to avoid the long shipping process and customs fees, there's a Dutch dealer for the RS Guitarworks parts and they ship anywhere in the EU. The problem is they have a limited selection and stock of RSG items. Oh, and they're a bit more expensive than directly from RSG.
