Your thoughts / reactions / input on the Edwards E-FR-130GT

I've read the specs on the Edwards site, but wondered if anyone had first-hand knowledge of this guitar.

I haven't played or worked on an Edwards/MIJ version but I did put together one of the Chinese versions for a friend. Hers had string through body with a tune o matic but I bet that bridge on the Edwards works better on these. Hers had a flatter, shredder type fb. Does this one as well? It was also 24 frets. Someone on this forum actually donated the body for her. I put on the hardware and put the electronics in it. I remember also leveling the frets.

The Chinese one was a well made and nice guitar for being a cheap guitar so I would have to think the Edwards version is top notch.

Never tried a FR series but I always think Edwards is at least same good as overpriced LTD 1000 grade. For the same price you may only get an LTD 200 grade. So I think it's a good deal.
