To make this magic effect work,
one takes a few ingredients:

Guess who?
He signed two pictures and a scratch-plate for me. Really awesome guy.
I asked him, about this thing I heard. Where I am from, there was a guitarist who owned a 1934 Gib. Kalamazoo guitar. All original and in good shape.
He wanted Tommy to have this guitar. The fan who wanted to give him the guitar was terminally ill. So Tommy visited his house and played all the songs he requested, at his bed. The kalamazoo guitar is still played by him nowadays and even live on some gigs. Tommy knew his name and he told me he'd still remembers that moment & the person perfectly. This guy died 4 days later, after probably the most special concert of his life.
So this one goes out to Tommy Emmanuel.
You will never meet a more talented, kind, humble and cool famous guitarist than him.
For those who don't know him, look on youtube and be amazed!
For those wanting more, see him live.
Hope you guys like my writing here and understand that I'm still amazed, now more then ever.
Grt.
