Looking for something I can rebuild, mostly - the for-parts and non-functional amps and/or chassis that collect dust but never quite make it to your "to-do" pile.

Aw, man! I've rebuilt a completey gutted '67 DR and a '81 DR, a blown out '69 Pro Reverb, several AC30TBXs, many Tweeds, a JTM45. Finding chassis or blown out old amps and reviving them is the best :)

It is a cool thing...

I let a Fender Twin slip through my fingers at a guitar show a few years ago...It was just a chassis, he was asking more than I had....then I seen go out the door with some who had more than me....I havent seen a messed up amp since...

Hope you find something cool to revive! I scratched my vintage Vox itch by having an AC10SRT circuit built starting with a Hammond organ amp donor. Built the cabinet out of 500 year old redwood, absolutely love this amp.

Would Bulgin chicken-head knobs be a part you're interested in? I believe Vox amps had them in the 60s.

I have 4 of them. They look just like these ones.

Oh, ok.

You might want to remove "Parts" from your listing title, if that’s the case.

No, if you read it correctly it says "Parts...tube amps" not "parts of tube amps," as in chassis in various states, or "for parts," as in broken amps someone would sell "for parts" but are otherwise whole/complete. I see where you misunderstood but it has never been an issue in the years that I've had pretty much the same title for my WTB ad. None of that to sound snarky or condescending, only matter of fact. I appreciate the offer and good luck with your vintage knobs.

I have an Cygnus 7 Lead. It's an AMP that was built by a member on these Forums. It has a wicked ground loop, but haven't put a lot of time diving into it. I have said in the past I wasn't going to get rid of it, but it's just collecting dust. If interested let me know.

Hey there,
What's a Cygnus 7? Not sure I'm really looking terribly outside of the usual suspects but I'm curious to learn more just in case.
Cheers,
-Evan
