WTB: Gold Reflector Knobs with Mirror/Chrome Inserts

Anyone know where I can buy a set of these for a 1960 Reissue?

I bought a 2020 demo model R0 and the silver inserts for the bridge pickup knobs are missing. Ideally all I really want are the shiny mirror like inserts but doubt i can just buy those I see some gold reflector knobs online but they dont seem to have the mirror like chrome finish inserts. Found some Montreaux knobs online that look like these but only for sale in Japan.
