After playing my Murphy so much I decided to relic my own.

hollow bodies are great man....very open sounding with headroom....and this Hag has great crunch....and the Hag is tough man! ;] frank zappa played one and beat it to death....I'm sure the Hag could handle being a back up

Bobbo, try to snag a cheap MIJ Les Paul guitar like an Aria... there was a kid on here selling on here for $250 a while back. Those are usually better than the low-end Epiphones, and more bang for the buck.

It's an '89 Gibson Les Paul Studio... ebony fingerboard, dot inlays. I bought the neck/body off ebay, had all the rest of the parts to put it together.

somewhere close to the right pricerange.
