Qatar? They had to have a perfect presentation to get that...

Just get on with the jokes about Abramovich paying FIFA off...He was in attendance...:laugh2:

That was a shocker, BBC were even surprised. oh well.
Now they will have to go building all those stadiums.

This shows once again that we need to invest more time and effort into our own Mafia, especially at grass roots level.

Also, job lot of 'England 2018' t shirts for sale at knock down price, please PM for details. (this probably belongs in classifieds)

Only for FIFA will your WC bid be hurt because your countries reporters found crooked officials in your organization . If that doesn't tell you how FIFA runs things, nothing will.

Below in two parts. On top of that, the "supporters" of Birmingham City en Aston Villa smashing each other's faces in yesterday won't help much either.

I just saw that. What's with the League Cup and violence? Sure, last year's meeting between West Ham and Millwall was the first meeting in years between them, but Villa and Birmingham both play in the Premier League, and have already played on Oct. 31st without problems.

Guess I'll be waiting another 20 years to see a World Cup live.
F##k FIFA!! :noway:

Even if I became rich, I would have much rather gone to any of the other bidding nations than the two that were picked. The soonest I'll get to a WC match is when I'm 37

To be honest, this country is in a bad enough state as it is. Look how much extra debt the Olympics has ramped up. We don't need to go spending anymore money while we are still cutting jobs....

Wow......So many people are going to be complaining about the heat. The average high for Qatar in June is 106 F and July is 115 F. I just don't see how a country that small can host a World Cup. Not to mention Nicky's mention of security in both of these nations.

I'll probably be in my 60s and not give a flying f##k about football anymore. I am starting to lose my hard-on for it now with all the pussy diving and FIFA bullshit.

Russia must have bought it. They still have to build ten stadiums!!
They haven't qualified for 3 of the last 4 worlcd cups and didn't go through the group stages of the one they got into.
Their league is tbh a complete joke.

Nevermind eh? At least Sepp Blatter can enjoy the new 0s added to his bank account.
