Wiring too simple to explain?! :)

I want to quickly (temporarily) hear how 2 pick-ups sound together in parallel (like the middle position in a standard 3 way toggle) in an H/H guitar I have.

Presently, there is nothing but the two pick-ups installed (2 normal Seymour Duncan Humbuckers) and the hot wire and ground wire coming from the guitar's output jack.
-no switches-
-no volume or tone pots- (nope, not a one!)

which wires from the pick-ups do I connect to the ground and hot coming from the output jack?

how many wires come from your humbuckers?

If it 4 plus a bare screen, for each humbucker join red to white, black from both pickups to your jack hot, green and bare from both pickups to jack ground.
