How about mineral streaks, whirly grain & birdseye? All different natural pieces, no burst to cover anything up...looks AWESOME to me.

Those are the wings. Not part of the neck tho.

Yeah there's a faint seam on the inside of the bottom set of tuners. Definitely a three piece mahogany neck.

Nice thing about mahogany is it's such a loose grain and when it's mostly straight you can really seam them together and have them look one piece.

Look at the back of the headstock. You can see the seams for the three-piece neck there:

If you're referring to the wings on the headstock those don't count. It's the actual neck itself ,and I don't see any seams in the neck. Okay , I lightened the picture ,and I can see the seams now. 3 piece for sure.

What is for me a source of jaw-dropping wonder is the idea that any production guitar ever made should have appreciated in value to a price that the vast majority of folk in this country could not afford to pay for housing let alone a guitar.
