a ComEd guy slipped me a $20.

and i didn't want to bother with coals and flare ups over night, so electric smoker it is. i realize they are complete blasphemy to a true bbq'er, but i don't mind. i slept well.

Damn Olds! That's some tasty looking brisket. But...store-bought cornbread?

A few years back, I was working on a trawler out of Juneau. We had a little electric smoker on deck. Several weeks of fresh smoked salmon (and some lingcod) everyday! No complaints about electrics here.

When I was a kid and my stepfather made all kinds of great stuff, he got pissed because all I wanted was the MEAT!

WHY?

Well.... look at what Olds442 has up there.

Nuff said! Now I'm hungry! And there ain't nothin like that anywhere near here at this hour. Sheit!
