I'll dive in for the challenge-

My defintion of a pen- a pen like instrument, filled with ink used in pens, to write in a pen like manner

Ibram Kendi's definiton of racism- A collection of racist policies that lead to racial inequities that are substantiated by racist ideas

Sooooo.....ya.....got it. Using what you are trying to define in the definition is confusing.
This reminds me of a crap idea which has been around since at least the 1990s. Put forth by an African-American Studies professor, it goes along with the claim, "black people can't be racist because they don't have the support of the power structure." Even if a black person believes all other races are inferior and should be eliminated, is not a racist, and cannot be a racist.

A few months ago, another black writer was on a talk show claiming that the woman who thought this up "changed the dictionary." I looked at 2-3 online dictionaries, and none of them had the same definition which has been used for decades or even centuries.

I remember seeing a post by a self-proclaimed "feminist" pushing this nonsense on Youtube. Her vapid reply to those who challenged her was, "The dictionary won't save you."

What else? Only plurality I see!
True, but it isn't hard to find people who say "my pronouns are they/them." I was listening to an NPR interview with a drag queen who said exactly this. But "they" added that while performing, she/her were the pronouns.

This raises another question: Should we ask "people with hot tiddies" what the tiddies pronouns are?
