When you can walk to a gig.....

You get to wear your bathrobe and a straw hat on stage. Last night, down the street, 1.5 blocks away.



At 1:30 after 4 other bands(and they were good and friends), it was a bit of f**k it man.

I may have only gotten to wear the bathrobe twice since DGF got it for me as a gift. She wears it daily and I've yet to figure out how it was a gift for me, LOL!

I didn't even think of that! One of my faves too.

One of the best days of my life was spent stumbling around Manasquan NJ on the 4th of July, in that bathrobe. We played a show at our house. we did a sound check outdoors...the neighbors revolted. We moved all the furniture out of the living room, moved the band equipment in and played for two hours. Our neighbors gave us the thumbs up and the day was good. I drank so much Jaeger that day, the world turned into a cartoon.
Last night wasn't quite that fun but it was tight. Very unexpected.
