I have a local brand called Chones that I love. I but a ton of their stuff at my local farmers market and really love everything they make.

If it's not that, I'm a cholula fan or Sriracha or I make my own sauces.

I'm ok with Frank's and Tabasco hot sauce. When I'm not in the mood for piquant experiences, I go for orange sauce.
