I am on vacation and got into thing of exploring different hot sauces. Trying them on chicken, shrimp, eggs, steak, you name it. Having a good time with it. Bought bunch of different brands I have come across. I really like all of them. It is bringing alot of spice in my eating and making it alot less boring. Havent tried the Billy Gibbons one yet but probably will eventually.
Anyone else enjoy using hot sauce on stuff? Whats your favorite, go to, hot sauce.?

i like a lot of them but always have some Franks in the fridge.

always have the wood topped mexi-hot sauce too, Cha-sumptin.

if @Udonitron ever gave me the time of day i'd have all his stuff. dude makes amazing sauces.

dave's is too hot for human consumption, imo. but i did once troll the hell out of a "hot sauce expert" with it. great results. @TheX

love the newer smoked tobasco, and the green one as well.

i don't have a go-to, just a bunch of things good for each thing.

Also you should check out the YouTube show Hot Ones. It's pretty great and they go over a pretty wide range of hot sauces, don't always comment on them but I've tried a few that looked or sounded interesting that I saw there.

Frank's is the standard, but not the one and only. I love non fruity Habanero sauces and the Tabasco sauces.

Depends upon what I am eating.

Great heat with some flavor:

Mexico Lindo Habanero:

productimg

A little less heat with great flavor (it's carrot based) Marie Sharp's Habanero:

With scrambled eggs? Tabasco, of course.

Frank's is good.

Hung Foy Sriracha on virtually everything. I go through about 10oz of this product monthly.

I probably have close to a dozen hot sauces in the fridge. The above mentioned are the ones that get used.

I make my own, and it comes out different every year. I make a fermented hot sauce out of jalapeños, habaneros and cayenne, it whatever mix they come off the plants. I also make a red (or sometimes green) sriracha.

Half the fun of growing peppers is figuring out what to do with them all come august and September.
