Anyway I dont use a capo, never understood that method.

Low E: 2.0mm or .080 inches

High E: 1.8mm or .070 inches

I set all my guitars the same. I live in Aus so have no idea what a 3/64 inch is.

different for every guitar __ but never too low . the hollow body models are the highest , because ( my opinion ) they require a heavy hand . sometimes they need to be beaten into submission

As low as possible without buzzing. And that is different for every guitar I’ve ever owned. I never measure so I don’t have any numbers.

@12th fret: Low E around 2mm, high E around 1mm.
10-52 strings.

guitar action is about the same as above, doesnt really matter really

you grab it and feel it out for a few minutes than have at it...

i try to keep it within reason but they all are different, it i cant get it low enough for my liking as it starts to buzz no matter what adjustments i make....it becomes another guitar for slide only with an open tuning...

I’ve never really measured mine before, I go as low as I can and as flat of a neck as I can get without buzz

too high it starts to feel like an acoustic.

Which is fine on acoustics, but kind of gross on electrics.

Never measured, but as low as I can go and not get dead frets and as little buzz as possible.

On my R9 I can fit a penny between the low E string, and fret at the 12th fret.
I can fit a nickle at the 12th fret on the high E string.
