I can't enlarge the pics enough to see it well, but is it a Yamaha? It's pretty!

No idea about year. Random serial decoder I found says 81

To sum up the description given.

"There are scratches and dirt. See pics."

From what i could find when i was researching Yamaha's....

By 1982 and the 3rd SL Series the number of models were reduced to 2 only – the SL450S and SL550S
with no higher range models offered. These new models were agathis bodied, set necks and with
covered humbuckers and coil splits. However, their most noticeable feature was the Gibson style
‘Open Book’ headstock with italic “Studio Lord” logo and “Standard SL450S/550S” trussrod script on.
SL production ended in 1983.

drunk ebaying is fun but can be pricey......dont ask me about the $15K boat :run:

but i did post it somewhere in MLP

worse one was a buddy of mine bought a Donzi boat...either $75k or maybe it was $175k then told his wife he was drunk and could not return it.....

but some of the best online purchases i made were influenced by Captn Morgan .....

depending on what you paid...nice catch :yesway:
