What pickups should be in this?

Hi, new to the forum and first post.
Off to look at this today and although I’m pretty certain it’s legit I’m hoping to use your collective knowledge for peace of mind. What pickups should be in this, I’m thinking Shaws if it’s a genuine 86?

'86 should be Shaws.

Some pretty good info here if the seller is willing to pull the pickups to be sure.

I’m going looking at it shortly, I’ll take a screwdriver and see if I can have a look in the control cavity for any re-wire work at the very least

Looks legit to me. And as Renegade said, original pickups would have Shaws. But it’s a 37 year old guitar, so who knows what’s in it now. Only one way to find out. Good hunting.

Well I decided to get it. It is all original apart from a re-fret and the tone pots being switched out. And yes, it definitely has Shawbuckers.
