Mojo Buford- Bird Nest on the Ground.

It's a little sloppy and there are some weird holes in places, but it's my shc1t.

I also like his Walkin' Blues. Same sound.

We used to cover Parisienne and used it for soundchecks.
Used it at a jail once and they wouldn't let us off stage.
Played it through three times before the gig had even started and then again as an encore (only time).

Would take too long to answer your question though.

I like happy music these days. The power of minor chords faded away years ago. Just sounds like halloween music. I don't like any metal or screamo stuff, listening to patterns of sound has never made me feel tuff. I just like to bounce notes off of each other, and basically, the fun notes are funner. Not really like this video I'm gonna post, but you gotta love the funk. I don't like any rap, but I DO like these guys phrasing.

I listen to too many styles of music to pick just one. However, the songs that resonate with me the most are:

1) Little Wing - Stevie Ray Vaughan
2) Just Got Paid - Joe Bonamassa Live at the Royal Albert Hall
3) Down Around My Place - Joe Bonamassa with John Hiatt
4) All Along the Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix
5) I could keep going......

I live just outside of Washington DC and we had a great radio station here, WHFS. It was a progressive station which garnered national attention over the years as a real 'music lover's' place on the dial. Back in the '70's Cerphe Colwell was one of their main DJ's. He was an early supporter of Springsteen, to the point that Bruce would crash on Cerphe's couch when he was touring form time to time. The point of this post is that I have a recording from that period live in the studio of Lowell George, Linda Rondstadt and a guitar doing 'Willing. It's stripped down and beautiful. What a great song.
