What is wrong with my browsers ?

In the past few days, any browser I use will give me this as a page for MLP. Can't see fonts or any other custom features. Site is like on safe boot or something. What gives ? Any help with this ? Thanks

Usually Firefox, but I tried on Chrome and Explorer and it's the same.
Any other forum is OK. Just reinstalled Firefox to no avail.
