This pic does help. I first thought it was a Classic Custom but they all seem to have chrome hardware. I asked her for more pics before I go see it and it's currently in a storage unit. She gave me a serial number that starts with "U" followed by 8 digits. I'm pretty sure that serial number is not the right guitar.
Yeah, that serial number doesn't sound right. Mine is 9 numbers, no letters and starts with 12.

To close the thread on this one. I went and saw the white LP. It was a LP Csutom Lite from 2016. It had a couple small cracks in the finish but was otherwise unplayed. Made a somewhat crazy offer that was accepted so I brought it home. Oh and I also bought this 2009 LP Custom in Wine Red. Crazy good deal I couldn't pass on.

Congrats! If the seller had any other Gibson she was looking to sell, I’d like to offer my assistance!

Only true Customs and a few odd Standards here and there have body binding on the back. If it doesn’t, then it’s a Custom Lite.

The seller is a woman who inherited 80 guitars from her father who passed away. Most of the guitars I've seen tend to be from the 2012-2018 time period..
That's like 1 guitar a month for six years, with an extra one every year.

Didn't read all the replies but I am willing to put money that it is a Custom Lite from maybe '16 (I think that is the year the white ones were put out). Those are really nice guitars!

ask seller for the pics of the back. If there's no binding on the back - then it's a Custom Lite.

The seller is a woman who inherited 80 guitars from her father who passed away. Most of the guitars I've seen tend to be from the 2012-2018 time period. A lot of them haven't been played. He wasn't a guy who modded things and all his other guitars are stock. He wouldn't have changed a truss rod for fun. I'm trying to get more pics, but she just described the guitar as Les Paul (white). I'm leaning towards a 2016 custom Lite. Thanks to everyone for the help.
80 guitars inherited from her dad?

I feel for her - I mean f-e-e-l for her!.... 80 guitars... mhmmm (I'll be dreaming of Gibson's tonight I'm sure)
