Given it was modified, we have no way of knowing.
Being P90s, it's possible that the two by the volume pots would be phase reversing, but it would not make sense to have them on both pickups.
One could be series/parallel, and the other phase reversing... but that leaves out what the 3rd switch is.
The 3rd switch could be a "blower" that bypasses the volume and tone pots to connect the pickups directly to the output jack.... but while that is common on Strats, the wiring would be more complex on a LP.

Another possibility is one is a series/parallel or phase reverse, and at one time, mini-humbuckers were installed, so two of them are now-inactive coil taps.

We definitely can't tell without seeing several good, close, detailed shots of the control cavity, and even then it may be difficult depending on how messy the wiring job is.
It is definitely not factory... it could be anything.

The single switch, between the tone pots.

That's definitely a Bluetooth switch that connects you to the bass player's bass.
So you can turn him down.

All good bands use this now.

Edit: Now in purple

Coil tap is different from coil split.

You're right about splitting being for humbuckers.

A tap reduces the length of wire in the signal path. Probably not the best way to describe it. It lowers the DCR by tapping into the coil between the endpoints.

How do you coil tap a single coil pickup?

Gotcha... Though I've not seen P90s with taps.
Easy you go in and tap in somewhere in the middle of the winding. Or you have aftermarket pups set up for it from the start. It’s the same way you tap any pick up. I think you’re confusing coil splits and coil taps

plug in and try them, see what they do

also worth taking the cover off and taking a look, someone might have put one of them little drive boards in
check the jack skt as well see if its been wired TRS

People do all sorts of weird mods sometimes, manufacturers too, Taylor did the TRS thing for a while with their early es1 pickup system to give a balanced out.

If your not sure whats going on with it , post some pic's of the control cavity. theres a lot of knowledgeable folks on here who could help
