"not be punished unless his intent was malicious".
So, they don't "punish" him. The just what? Let it go? Sorta kinda sorta never bring it up again?
What message does that send? -It sends the message that it's perfectly acceptable for a teacher at a high school to drop trou and take a big, stinking shit right out in front of everyone, on the damn school running track, no less.

"6:00 news: mysterious disappearance of a local high school teacher"
So basically he's a shitty teacher?
I'm sure he's gonna be declared "sick", "under stress", whatever.
And I'm not saying this sarcastically.
I mean, look at his pic, does he look nice and normal?
Nope.
He looks like he needs help.
Few months off with the right therapy and maybe meds,
he's gonna be back on track... and field!
