What do they do with the old tattoo when they remove it? Re-sell it as used?

My
old Grandma
used to say to me:-
"Get Tattoo'd in haste, repent at leasure....."
And she knew what she was talkin' about, bet your bottom dollar.
I guess nowadays she might say:-
"Get Tattoo'd in haste, remove with laser....."
Except she's been dead

time now.

Should have seen 'er in the pub.
She'd glower at the barmaid or barman
and hold up her fists.....
.....never dawned on her that in the fingers-up fist the words were upside-down.
Then she'd berate them for being "slow fuxxers" and say
"Vera and a Phil'armonic yah stupid twat" and stomp off to a table leaving somebody, anybody, else to pay for it. She swore they called me Nicholas after the NIC on her left fist - always said "If only we was feckin oirish - I'd get an apostrophe tatted on there and you could be O'Nic....."

The person who comes up with a relatively painless, permanent, 100% effective method for removing tattoos in the next 10-20 years is going to become richer than Warren Buffet.
Yeah........but I doubt people will start inking right over them again.........
Tats are cool.......but you have to think 10-20 yrs down the road. Older people really look silly with them. And they really do not age gracefully. Women in their 50's+ really look bad. Sorry but that body is only for rent.
