Hi, everybody!

Couple months ago I started to hear some weird buzzing on 5th string. It doesn't matter what fret I play, I can hear it everywhere. Trying to find the cause I changed strings, tuned everything, setting the relief, the action. I even top wrap strings, and rotated tune-o-matic, but nothing changed.
Where can this buzzing be heard? Perhaps someone has already encountered this problem.

Example of this buzz

Guitar: Gibson Les Paul Standard Double Cut 1998 with 10-46 strings

High fret maybe. Rock the frets to check high frets.

Could be a saddle rattling. Switch tip. Tuner nut needs tightening, etc. Go over everything. Check tuners with strings off. Check all the nuts and screws.

It could be due to any of the above reasons already mentioned. I know that's not helpful, but those are all the things you need to check.

I have a guitar that had the same sort of thing. Couldn't figure out why, but tuning down 1/2 step resolved the issue. :dunno:
