We laid down some heavy ass jams tonight!

My friend came by to jam and chat this evening, hes a friend from NA. (Not the other drummer i jam with that ive mentioned before)

He plays drums and guitar, so for the first half of the jam I was on bass and he was on drums, then we changed it up and i was on drums and he was on guitar. We had the Phaez CRANKED! My ears are still ringing lol

Hes a damn good drummer, i mean a DAMN good drummer. I acutally play better myself when hes drumming because we stay so tight in the pocket.

I had a blast with the new 5 string bass, that thing is THUNDEROUS the low B string adds another entire dimension to the playing experience.

Nothing like good friends and good jams!

I like a good drummer. They are thee hardest member of a band to find. A great drummer.
I do like a good bassist too that can take the bass somewhere. It is the most powerful instrument in the band.

That is your rthyum section in the band format. The drums and the bassist. Nobody gets out on the dance floor over a guitar solo. Its the beat. That walking bass line that gets your audience up and out shake' n a tail feather. By the time the solo comes along ..they're already out there get'n down.
