Please review our ordering policies for purchasing from WB Pickups.

Lead Times Due to overwhelming and unforeseen demand, current lead times for pickups are longer than expected. We regret that most orders will now take about 8 weeks to fill and we apologize for the additional delay. Please rest assured that we are working and winding very hard to fill existing orders.

Shipping Domestic shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on order size. Up to 3 t-shirts ship for free. For most pickup orders, the shipping charge is $7. For larger orders, the shipping charge is $15. Please contact us for shipping rates on international orders. Payment The website is configured for payment through Paypal. If you wish to pay by money order or personal check, please contact us for instructions. Sales Tax California residents pay 7.25% sales tax.

Changing Orders Once submitted, an order cannot be changed. For example, bobbin color, spacing, and cover options cannot be changed once the order is in the winding queue. Warranty Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials & workmanship for 10 years. Exclusions will be punctures, corrosion, damage done by any liquids or removal of original tape around the bobbins. Pickups must be completely unaltered or warranty is void.

Returns & Exchanges Customers enjoy 30 day exchanges for “tonal” reasons on our pickups (excludes Custom Tuned and 67-07 pickups). We will exchange your pickups for any other WB model of equal value. Or for small additional $ wind them until you love them. Our goal is to make sure you get the right pickup for your needs. Exchanges are for “UNALTERED” pickups only. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanged pickups. Pickups damaged by customer will not be replaced. Exchanges only - we do not offer returns or refunds.

Endorsees WB Custom Pickups does endorse musicians. Watch the website for upcoming sound clips and news regarding our endorsees. If you are interested in a WB Custom Pickups endorsement, please contact us and include a link to your band's website.
