Anyone familiar with these Celestion 10" speakers?

I would really appreciate any information, help or buying advice here.

Difficult to tell without a picture of the front of the cone, but they look like low freq drivers. Probably were paired with a horn of some sort.

Thanks, I'll ask the seller for more pics.
BTW, I forgot to say that he mentioned that they are alnicos

Are they out of a PA speaker tower? If so, they may not be all that great for guitar.

What's the price each?

I'm a big fan of old speakers.
I have seen full range speakers in this arrangement before - they have an additional whizzer cone for the high frequencies. Some say they are no good for guitar, but I think they're great. Worth a try for a good price.
I have a ten inch alnico with whizzer cone in a Laney lc15 at the moment, from the 40's! My favourite speaker.
I have a thread showing pics - easy to find I don't start many threads.

Also, the electric guitar song in my sig is a twelve inch celestion small magnet g12 with wizzer cone (though removed, and after I'd cut it away, realised I needn't have bothered).

These low powered speakers are great for recording. I think those 4 could work well for live too.

I hope to lay my hands on these speakers. If so, they will pronto go into a small Marshall 4x10" for a test

by the look of the cabinet it looks like older style PA cabinet.
if the price is cheap i would grab them.
then again i am a speaker addict so you have to take my advice with caution:)
