Valve Amp and Pocket Pod Help

Hey guys, Im always trying to perfect my guitar tone, and make it the best possible with what I have. I plug my PP into my GA5 Class A valve amp to warm the digital magic and get a good tone. I am wondering to get the best sound should I keep the PP Master volume high and the GA5 volume low or keep the PP volume low and the GA5 volume High, to really get the valves working? Some in depth info would be really helpful regarding this, or am I barking up the wrong tree!

I would avoid the Pod and get a good Tubescreamer or Boss Blues Driver for that amp, and keep the valves HOT!

Playing through any POD is like masturbation...everybody does it, but nobody will tell you they do.

The Blues Driver does a great job of crunching things up. I really recommend this pedal after some basic mods available on the net are performed on it. A buddy of mine has one that he modded, and that fooking thing sounds amazing.

I play through my PODxt all the time, it has superior
effects, one of the best ways to go for recording
also
Live is a little diffrernt

Most people cant tell which song i record are using the POD
or if its a miced amp, so i actually write down the info with
my music files.
