USPS is really good here. Rats-ass for their trucks.
They're about the same as they've always been in my neighborhood when it comes to filling the mailboxes.

When it comes to doing that "last mile" stuff for some of the delivery companies and getting it to your doorstep, they must require drivers with barely double-digit IQs. We've had deliveries dropped in bushes, wrong addresses, and pretty much every screwup that you've ever seen on YouTube.

EV screeching is the epitome of out of sight, out of mind,”not in my back yard” hypocrisy ….

We need renewable energy from solar panels and wind, but we’ll block the construction if its being put in my neighborhood and I have to look at it.

Build low income multi family housing in the middle of suburban neighborhoods, but not in my neighborhood because it will reduce my property value.

Pay off my student loans, even though someone somewhere else has to pay the debt.

Everyone drive EVs because they are zero emissions, only because the emissions are happening somewhere else, in someone else’s backyard.

Ughh can we all just think a little more….

Well, sir, I have full use solar panels on my roof, and my HOA approved of it. There are bad HOAs to be sure. Mine is not among them. HOAs should love EV postal vehicles, because they run silently.. I have not bought an EV because the electricity for a charge would come from a coal burning plant. Today in our newspaper I learned that my electric supplier is severing ties with the coal plant and has a contract to buy 50% of its electricity from clean renewable plants. Does anybody know of a good deal on an EV?

You and I can, but most people can't or won't. On this and other climate-change issues, few people have informed opinions. They have chosen a side, read biased articles with appeals to emotion, and think that is enough to claim, "I've done my research!"
