Two Les Pauls, what is what?

I have two LPs. Both are great but VS is definitly better sounding. Any guess what is what?

Kinda hard to tell from those pics. Post more pics !! There are alot of guys in this forum that can tell you what you have... The bridge on the top pic looks off deff more pics of that one.

Few reasons would explain. In order of importance:
Different pickups
Different pickup heights
Different value potentiometers
Different wiring
Different wood

Here it is

2014 Epiphone 1960 Tribute Plus (great pickups) and 1976 Greco EG480 with bold-on neck. Both neck about same, very comfortable.

Oh yeah man nice. The greco is nice too bolt ons are fine in my book....

The VS sounds better because it has a long neck tenon, being a tribute Plus. The better sound has nothing to do with the gibson classic 57 pickups and cts wiring.

Got one of those myself....I dig the birds eye! , swapped out knobs and the pick guard. Playing around with the look a little.
