Transmission Tower Climbing 101

Ever wonder how they change those beacon lights? Don't know how much these guys make but it's not enough. The "free" climbing the last 60 feet is unbelievable.

My Bro works for the FAA and I think he said they get added pay for anything over 60 feet. Cant imagine what these cats make up there!
