While an admitted builder newb, I do believe the best chances for a successful build come from:
1- experience
2- the right tools and materials for the job
3- use of templates and/or jigs
While there is no substitute for experience and lessons learned from mistakes (yours and/or others),
having the right tools, templates and jigs will obviously increase your chances for repeatable good build results.
To that end, I'm hoping more experienced builders amongst us will share pics and/or instructions for use, of useful templates, jigs and specialty tools.
I know this is touched upon in more comprehensive build threads and a few sticky threads, but I'm hoping for a one stop quick reference thread of sorts, if others deem it useful, even if only for the more challenging aspects of a build.
