Prove me wrong.

You must post a video of his that is a f''king GREAT song. Great. So good that, on first listen, there is no denying it's a great song.

I will sit in judgement. There's still an hour left on Friday here on the East Coast, so have fun with this thread.

Prove you wrong?

Nobody has ever had more panties thrown on stage at them than Tom Jones.Period.

"Tom Jones sucks."

No, he doesn't.

I've seen him live twice in the past three years and he can still deliver better than most half his age.

Both concerts were outdoor affairs - and incidentally, the best live sound I have ever heard - and he showed just why he is the name he is.

As well as a fair sprinkling of new material, he also sang songs that he made famous and made him famous. But not content to trot-out the same version available on records, the songs were played with a different arrangement or feel... or both.

I would gladly be in a band with him, all day long.

I'm young enough that I can't actually name a Tom Jones song, but I'm old enough to know he saw more poon than I could imagine.

Well, she's all you'd ever want
She's the kind I like to flaunt and take to dinner
But she always knows her place
She's got style, she's got grace, she's a winner

I'll throw that Margarittaville guy right in the same pile, too.

Ya know what? I saw him live for free at an outdoor venue here in Toronto.

It was, hands down, the drunkest concert I have ever been to. Everyone was wasted and I had a full beer poured on me and the guy didn’t even notice.

Crazy shit!

Jones has the pipes, and he’s willing to parody his image. But it always works as he goes all in when he does it. A lot of rockers should have studied Tom more.

<TRIGGERRRDDDDD>

hell yes sex bomb. nobody else has that kind of mojo.

Q: Why you never hear of a sexual harassment suit against Tom Jones?

A: No ladies ever complained.

(man i hope i didn't just jinx him.)

I have no idea if he wrote that but those are some fantastic lyrics. I saw him about 25 years ago and he didn't disappoint.
