Tokai Pole Piece Spacing

Hi guys,

Im looking at changing the pickup covers on my MIJ LS100. However I am led to believe they do not have standard pole piece distances. Anyone know the exact spacing for each pup and a good place to buy chrome replacement covers?

I measured the old pickups I took out of my 1980 Plaintop and it's about 45mm from centre top E pole piece to centre bottom E pole piece.
