Well I got up at 3am and it was on at 330. If I'm going by looks, it looked great. Great color. Fat is rendering (went fat side up even though I know traeger people say down). Slight crisp of the bark. Not burnt. And nice pools of moisture in the low areas. But I can tell by the instant read there's still resistance. Haven't gotten to the floppy jiggly part yet.
