The positives of the Henry J era. Could be the shortest thread on MLP, but here goes:

I like my Nighthawk a lot.

The recent J models (SGJ/LPJ) are great guitars at prices people can afford.

Keeping the nitro.

Buying lots of PLEK systems, and even using them on the cheaper models

New Historics are so good, they're almost worth the money

It's great that Henry was big enough to admit his mistake with the whole 2015 Lifestyle Brand change in direction, and put things right.

That tearful "I'm sorry for being such an asshole" speech to his employees was truly moving.

The 2015s suck! Yes we know gents but, Henry has done some positive stuff with Gibson. I don't want to knock Norlin either man! Here is an off beat example. My best friend who passed away in 2007 was a Harley Davidson nut. He had at one time about five in his two car garage ( Gah ridge for my British pals on here!) When people talked crap about AMF owning HD my bro would say, "Right on to AMF, they kept Harley Davidson alive!" Maybe a bit of this can be applied to Henry as well.
